So, even since I've started this blog a few weeks ago I have done some amazing things I never thought I'd be able to do. I am able to deadlift 225 lbs. I did a front roll. I did my first box jump. I'm now using a 35 lb kettlebell in my workouts. It's amazing the changes that are happening. I'm consistently going 4 times a week and loving it.
I'll see you tomorrow for Tasty Tuesday! I'm pretty excited about it! It's definitely a go to summer recipe!
