That is me at Crossfit last night getting my PR on a dead lift. That, my friends, is 225 pounds I'm lifting!

I took a long break from Crossfit and had an at home pity party for a couple four months, but I'm back. In fact, next week I'm going from 3 days a week to 4 days a week.
And, for my first bloggity blog post I'd like to especially thank my hubs, Grease Monkey, for supporting me, not judging me, encouraging me through all this. And a SUPER special shoutout to all my crossfit coaches: Mike, Jess, Allana, Matt, Larry and Carlos! Y'all are super amazing and crazy supportive of everyone's efforts! I love you guys!
